The DPCA Working Aptitude Evaluation (WAE) tests a Doberman's working abilities by exposing the dog to specific situations, including a neutral stranger, a friendly stranger, a hidden clattering noise, gunshots, an umbrella popping open suddenly, strange footing, and an unfriendly stranger.

Upon passing the evaluation the dog will earn the WAC suffix (Working Aptitude Certificate) on his registered name.

Currently all of our dogs have earned their WAC titles except for Brooke and she will be tested in the spring of 2012.

Titus (U-Gr. Ch. Logres Contucci, CGC) earned his WAC title in May 2009 under evaluator John Schoeneman at the Cavalier Doberman Club trial!

Rush (AKC Ch. U-Gr. Ch., Int'l Ch. Aquarius Designer Genes V Halo, CGC, URO1) earned his WAC title in May 2009 under evaluator John Schoeneman at the Cavalier Doberman Club trial! He passed with flying colors, as you can see from the pictures, the agitator was no problem!
