Ace at a Dog Park for socialization.
Ace's first night as our foster.
Ace was an owner turn in into Doberman Rescue. He was bought from a backyard breeder in West Virginia, by a couple who lived in an apartment complex that didn't allow pets. Ace was locked in a small bathroom and punished due to chewing the cabinet due to boredom.  The mother of the owner did the responsible thing and called rescue and turned Ace in.  Ace was three months old when he arrived and was afraid of everything. In the three months he lived with us he overcame his fear of people and began to finally enjoy puppyhood. He was a clever puppy and was housebroken and clicker trained by the time he was 4 1/2 months old. He was a pleasure to have and brought a new energy to the dogs that live here permanently.
Ace was adopted in January 2007, by The Morgans, a truly wonderful family who will provide nothing but love for this very special boy. I am very appreciative to the Morgan's for providing Ace with the loving environment he deserves and us many pictures of how much fun Ace is having in his new home.
